For a while now I've been stressing about applying to colleges next year: particularly when it comes to my EC's. Not that I don't have any, it's just that they really don't show much consistency. How do these look?

Film Club (9th grade, disbanded after the first year)
-Filmed Performances at my school

Free Improv Class (9th grade)
-Offered by The Free Library of Philadelphia. Lasted for a few months.

I also have some small Community Service things, probably totaling up to about another 50 hours altogether. Sorry for double posting, but my first post won’t let me edit >:

While you’re in different things each year, they have a consistent theme, which demonstrates that you’ve gotten pretty deeply involved with areas that interest you.

I think it’s pretty strong, because they’re all/mostly theatre/acting based. If they were all over the place (i.e. musical 9th grade, aquarium aide 10th grade, EC math/science classes 11th grade), that would be weak, but even though most of these were short-term, the fact that they’re all based on a core interest is strong.
