I had the essay bout "people emphasize too much on practical skills"

i talked about how chinese used to sell their daughters to rich families

also talked about how sat prep books help u evade doing hard work thus causing collegeboard to change the sat and screwing many others.

didn't finish even the first sentence of my conclusion but hows the examples

I talked about:

--being oblivious to things and how it is important to realize the little things in life and appreciate them, not just those that help you succeed in a job interview
--you know what you like and you like what you know--what you like, in this case, is money
--i criticized the SAT (lol) by saying that prepping for it was a perfect example of learning simply to reach a goal and not for the sake of learning

omg i talked bout money and the daughters too...haha so similar

OMG. I wish I had that topic. I hate you. I wish I lived in California. I would have the PERFECT example about how music majors can't find jobs!

ok someone told me my example (about how people cheat and get into really good colleges and stuff..so bassically they learn to get somewhere but don't really "know" what they are learning" specifically i talked about a valedictorian who cheated his way thru highshool and ended up being a college drop-out) was completely irrevelant...can someone justify or um unjustify this?

i talked about a clock work orange (if uve read it)
how when u use learning to solve all societal problems like criminality it leads to problems

i really wanted to use the book absalom absalom! by william faulkner but it doesn't fit anywhere...lol
