How "automatic" is the automatic admission policy?

<p>I recently saw on the OU website that I meet the Automatic Admission thing. I'm out of state and I have a 1200 SAT and 4.45 GPA. So does that mean that I'll really be automatically admitted if I apply? I don't have a criminal record or anything, so is it pretty much a safety for me?</p>
