How bad is an economy quad at White Hall?

I was placed into an economy quad at white hall for first-year housing and I’m assuming it’s going to be really bad considering that it’s a quad, and its the cheapest option out of all room rates.

Is there any way I could room with a friend of mine who was accepted off the waitlist? He submitted his housing app late and his housing assignment is still pending.

Almost no way. If you’ve already been placed they won’t honor a roommate request at this point. To be honest, you’re probably better off not rooming with a friend anyways- it’s easy to go sour.

It probably won’t be glamorous, but other than IV, none of the freshman housing is.
