<p>I am completely freaking out about this typo i made on my common app, which I've sent already to a couple of schools. </p>

<p>I feel no sense of regret because through this experience, as it has given me a passion for serving the poor. </p>
<p>What should I do? Should I e-mail admissions about this error? Please help, I'm freaking out :(</p>
<p>First of all, breathe and don’t worry. This exact same thing happened to me, and I had already sent it to 7 schools!</p>
<p>No matter how bad the error is, it is still worth correcting. </p>
<p>I called all of my schools and asked if I could mail in another copy with the revisions, as I had made a few grammatical/spelling errors. They all were very considerate and some even told me I could e-mail the changes to them. </p>
<p>It was quite annoying when I realized my mistakes, but it was fixable and now I feel better that I dealt with it.</p>
