How bad will this dumb mistake in my essay affect my admission at UT-Austin?

In one of my essays, I described how I grew interested in UT-Austin after I first saw that it is ranked among several Ivy League schools for the Computer Science major. In my essay I said, "Ivy League schools such as MIT and Stanford." I then (after submission) realized neither of those schools are Ivies. Will the admissions office at UT-Austin reject me simply because of this?

No they won’t!

really depends on ur resume
if ur border line then u might get rejected

probably PM me ur resume

It’s a pretty embarrassing mistake lol, but they definitely won’t reject you just because of such a simple error. You’re being a bit paranoid. Good luck!
