How badly will a B+ hurt my chances at USC.

Alright, so I applied to....
UCLA
USC
Pepperdine
UCI
UCSD
and my stats are

Best individual category SAT = 1930 (660,680,590)
Best test date SAT = 1890 (660,680,550) -
SAT II's = US History-590, Math II-630
Junior year AP's- APUSH = 4, APELC = 3
Senior year AP's - APGOV, APELC, AP Stats
GPA = 4.15 w, 4.0 uw (going down - got my first B+ in AP Stats!)
Rank = 5/412

I was told my two essays for the UC's were "great and excellent" by multiple teachers and counselors. - I basically reused and filtered my UC personal statement for the USC application.

Possible major is some sort of business or economics, evetually leading to law school.

Things said in my essays
- My Dad was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gherigs) this past summer
- My leadership awards and how it has helped and will continue to help shape me.
*Emphasis on how this has given me a greater appreciation for the time and life I have and that I need to make the most of it.

Now, how badly are my chances hurt for USC. I got my first B+ ever in life and I'm worried this could be a good reason to reject me, especially since my SAT is below average, although my GPA is above.

Can someone shed light and chance me on USC or any of the schools listed at the top.
Thanks.

I don't think having one B should really affect your chances too much because of your ECs and your essays.

ha ull be fine
