So the waiting is getting to me...i wanna know already!

UC GPA: 4.25
Unweighted: 3.85

I've taken the most rigorous courses offered at my school, only 1 other person has taken as many AP's.

SAT 1: 1950 one sitting...1980 combined
SAT 2: 700 Bio 650 Math 2

Good Extra Curriculars

Paid internship at hospital (competitive)
Volunteer at 2 local hopsitals since 9th grade 300+ hours
Co-founder and vice president on club at school
Historian at another club at school
Piano for 10 years
Tennis Team 9-11 grade
Co-founder of out of school non profit organization

white female, competitive high school in Los Angeles, top 4% by UC GPA awarded ELC), but with my high school unweighted GPA i am ranked 21/186

I would like to know my chances at:
UCLA
UCB
UCSD
UCSB
and USC plus the bs/md program there

all matches...b and la basically doesn;t care about your sats...they only look at gpa and for ucb they heavily admit the top 4% regardless of sats...so you're fine =D

My friend got into the USC with a high school GPA of 3.9 and a 1400 SAT score. He also received a scholarship that paid 50% of his tuition since he was out of state.

Old SAT score?

I would say

UCB/UCLA: match/slight reach because they are unpredictable
UCSD: match
UCSB: safe match
USC: match, but I've seen people with higher stats rejected. bs/md program very much a reach

... as they said, instead of desperately trying to get answers from people who, for the most part, don't know what they're talking about, try seeking professional views on it. =)

look, I just like you know posting on this forum is not so much wanting to know our chances but a way to blow of steam and feel better about college. Everytime someone says i think ull be accepted or some of that sort you feel better to the point CC becoems an addiction. But u have to realize most of the chances here are purely opinion based. if u truly want to know ur chances invest 89 bucks and ask Dave Berry founder of CC or get a college counselor.

theres a lot of factors though. Girls have to score higher then guys in both gpa and SAT since more girls with better stats apply to USC. So if that person is a guy, then it makes sense. But dont forget USC bends rules for legacy, esp legacy that pays, athletics, special abilities.
