How big is the frat scene at Emory? If you don't join, will you feel left out of Emory's social scene?

I think about 1/3 of the guys at Emory are involved in greek life. As a rising sophomore at Emory and member of a frat, I def. recommend both rushing and pledging in order to meet people and make close friends. The way I look at it... Emory is a fairly small school with a fairly small number of people you'd want to party with... almost all of whom are part of the greek system. Feel free to PM me with any concerns.

i don't think that you will feel left out of the social scene if you don't join a frat. as jkh411 said, 1/3 is in them meaning 2/3 are not. the parties aren't exclusive to members so you can still go even if you are not in the frat. i didn't join a frat and i don't think that i'm missing too much.
