I'm currently in the mid 400s range and i really want to get in the mid 600s at least. I bought the Barron's SAT math workbook, The Kaplan SAt math workbook and the blue book.

What math topics are you struggling with?

first off, forget the big books, they are for general/overall preparation for the SAT. If you need intensive help, you won’t find it there. This is speaking from experience. The only want to improve is to do what someone else already asked…what concepts are you struggling with? You need to devise a way to identify exactly what concept(s) you are losing points on. One that might help is PWN the SAT, I’ve heard good things about it but haven’t used it. The one I used and would recommend is “Secrets To Conquering the SAT” [Secrets to Conquering the SAT: Accepted Inc.: 9780985621407: Amazon.com: Books](http://www.amazon.com/Secrets-Conquering-SAT-Accepted-Inc/dp/0985621400/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1347474837&sr=8-1&keywords=secrets+to+conquering+the+sat) It’s very easy to use, and has all the concepts separated with practice questions. I’d definitely suggest that one personally, but whatever you decide on, it needs to be something specifically geared towards improving your Math score, not just all around SAT prep.
