How Creative Can You Be? I Am Stumped!

Ok on the common app, it has a short essay question asking for you to talk about your most meaningful out of school activity. I mean how creative can one get here? I am totally stumped. My most meaningful activity is by far my weekly community service but frankly no matter how I talk about it in 150 words, it just sounds so cliche and probably like every other essay they read.

HOW DOES ONE STAND OUT HERE? i don't want to make something up just to stand out, this is what genuinely interests and excites me! Any clues or tips? Thanks!

I did this, and I practically just copied and pasted a description I already wrote for other colleges. I guess it's lazy, but I feel it does what it is supposed to: talk about the activity! This isn't the essay! Just describe it, and if you can, your achievements and leadership in it. I chose the activity that those qualities shone through the most, and at the same time probably required a more in-depth explanation. For example, there are programs like NHS, National History Day, and ISEF that are more commonly known. However, have you ever heard of the obscure local program Youth Leadership Broward? Not only did I feel it was one of my most important community service/extracurricular activity, but no college admissions officer would ever be able to know what it is without doing a Google search, which they don't have time to do when they need to meet quotas of 300 applications a day!
