How Creative Should I Get For College's Supplementary Essays?

Hi, I am trying to write my supplement essay for Cornell. The question is "What do you value about the College of Human Ecology's perspective, and the majors that interest you, as you consider your academic goals and plans for the future?"

Now I know that the essay shouldn't be too formal but I feel like there's only room for one anecdote and that's it. It's a pretty straightforward question. Should it be organized with one paragraph per reason? I feel like I'm stuck in bad writer's block.

Thanks! Btw, limit is 650 words.

bump…
