How Do Colleges View "Launch"?

I recently came across this summer camp, which is "a 4-week entrepreneurship summer program held at MIT in Cambridge, MA" where "30-40 high school students will become entrepreneurs in each of two programs during the summer of 2014."

My question is - how do colleges view this program? How does it compare to RSI, TASP, Clark Scholars, SUMaC, LBW? Is it "prestigious" at all? Would it improve someone's chances at getting into the "Bigs"?

No program is a guarantee for college admissions. Launch attracts many competitive and accomplished students. As last year was the first year of the program, only a few senior students have received admissions decisions from colleges so far. The list includes Duke, Stanford, and MIT, however more decisions will be coming in the following months.
