How do I contact Office of Financial Aid?

<p>Every time I CALL them, I can't get through! Now I'm getting busy signals and error messages. What should I do? Is there a best time to call them so the call actually goes through?</p>

<p>Actually a parent can call on a student’s behalf but you have to have an electronic FERPA signed and a password. They will ask for the password if a parent calls.</p>
