assuming that I get into one of the schools that I applied to:)

their tuitions are around 30~35 grand and they require a deposit by may 1st right?

so how much deposit do I pay in May

and when and how do I pay the rest of the money?

Do I pay them over the summer altogether or are there other ways of breaking down the payment or something like that?

Most schools have a variety of payment plans--Lump sum at the beginning of each semester (or entire year sometimes), monthly payment plan, etc. Talk to the Financial Aid office and they can help you out. Also it's probably on their website somewhere.

Sometimes you can combine options, like I did:
My parents are divorced and our agreement is that my mom pays 1/3, dad 1/3 and I pay 1/3. My mom is on a monthly payment plan for her portion, I'm on a semester lump sum at the beginning of semester--took this option because monthly payment doesn't really work w/ scholarships/loans and I don't have to worry about monthly bills, and my dad is also on the semester lump sum.

Of the schools I was accepted to, the initial deposits ranged from $250 to $400, and was a way to reserve on-campus housing (if wanted/required) and a guaranteed spot in the freshman class. Most of the time it's non-refundable also.

thanks so much this really helped me!! :)
