How do I request a dorm change / roomate change?

Ok I finally found out housing info and i'm going to be in Pentland Hills, which sucks because its isolated from everything. I really wanted to get into East Lo.

Does anyone know how I can request this change? And does anyone know how to request for a roomate change?

Alright, I just emailed housinginfo@ucr.edu

Wow. I doubt they will let you change it after the “outage”. They’re probably ****ed as much as we were…

Ahhhhh I really hate pentland T_____T

I might say the same but with a triple, being isolated is impossible haha

Eff this, i’m gonna call them tomorrow. After orientation and staying in Pentland, I was like, nooooo way am I living here all year.

How many people are you living with and there are upsides to Pentland.

You haven’t even met the person yet -.-

Any way to change from a triple to a double, or even single? I really don’t want a triple.

why? you can have threesomes

I just emailed them. But I’ll probably call tomorrow. Not only did they over charge my friend/roommate $250 dollars but we get a crappy single room(at the end of the hall), on a crappy floor, in a crappy building (West Lo)…and we both requested East Lo.

I mostly want to change because of the space issue.

Apparently pentland is really roomy… they have a loft or something when it comes to triples

The loft thing is cool. I had a triple for orientation. I wouldn’t like to walk up and down the ladder all year long tho.

Me and roommate put in the request the first day the contract came out. had same preferences and all, but what do you know? We’re not roomates. ***

We already bought our printer and TV…

Sigh can we move out after 1st quarter?

addsadfsdfasdfasdfas this is what i got back.

Unfortunately we are no longer moving students. However, if you are still interested in roommate or room changes please contact your RSO upon move-in. They will place you on a waitlist and if a space opens up they will contact you in order to move you.

Thank-you and please feel free to contact us with any other questions or concerns you may have.

where did you find that?

I emailed them

HAHAHA awesome!! it happened again :)
