How do I send my transcripts?

<p>I'm confused. I recently was excepted to one 4 year college for the Fall 06' semester and I had my transcripts sent from my h.s. there. </p>

<p>Problem: I'm nolonger interested in attending that school and I applying to another public 4 year for fall 06'. Can I have the college send my h.s. transcripts or do I need to have my old h.s. do that for me?</p>

<p>I just want to do whatever is easiest!</p>
