Sophomores can’t take PSAT in our public schools. Are there PSAT dates I can sign him up for next year? I assume
Spring 2019 would be the timing for next year 10th graders?

For my S, I called around to private schools until I found one that would allow him to test there. They did charge me a small fee (I think about $25-$30) because they pay for the testing materials. I was happy to do so.
Also, some homeschool co-op groups are approved PSAT testing sites. Most of the time they accomodate their own students first, and then allow others to test there if seats are available… If you have any in your area, it would be worth a call.
No, not homeschooled. Thanks for this info – I’ll check into it! I was hoping there’s a Sat. date that anyone could do, but didn’t see it on the College Board website.
