How do I spend my last semester before transferring? [UCLA, USC]

Context:
I have completed all of my required classes to transfer into the major of my desired universities but took an extended break to pursue a unique job opportunity. I resumed schooling in the Summer of 2022 and plan on completing 27 units by end of this calendar year. I have a full-time job opportunity and I am open to taking more classes to show admissions that I am capable of academic success.

Question:
What should I plan to do with the upcoming Spring semester that would help my application further? (As stated above, I have completed all required classes for my desired major.) If your answer is to continue taking classes, what classes should I look to take?
