How do I submit Penn Financial Aid Supplement (PFAS) when I don't have an account?

Can anyone enlighten me?

At this point, it will take 48 hours from your application submission and Penn’s email telling you to open up a portal for the financial aid supplement link to become active on your portal. (It will appear under financial aid section of your portal). Then you click on the link and fill out the form and submit it online. While it is required by Nov 3 it says they still process them as soon as they get them after Nov 3. I know the website says Nov2 but the actual form says Nov3.

So in the meantime if I were you, I’d go on penn’s financial aid part of their web site where the requirements are listed and click on the CSS link and submit the CSS (its through college board), and also it tells you to fax or email your 2014 tax forms and W2. You can do those 2 things without your specific portal link.
