How Do I Use Gruber's Complete SAT Math Workbook???

So I have Gruber's Complete SAT Math Workbook, and what is the most effective way to use it. My scores are currently at 600-650. Should I just start from page 1, and go all the way until I finish the book? Also, I have Dr. Chung's SAT Math, and I'm wondering if I should use that book to increase my score to at LEAST a 700. Also, which book will get me to a 700+ in math the fastest? I take the test in October!!

Start off with Gruber’s. Do the 101 most important questions you need to know to find what you need help with. Go through each diagnostic test they give before each section if you get all of them right or just one wrong, skip the section because you are fine with it. If you come across a section you have difficulty with, go through all the techniques and practice problems. After a couple of sections of review, go through a few “tips and time saving strategies” so you will finish both sections at about the same time. Then do the practice tests and see how you do and by then you should be able to move on to Dr. Chungs.

Ok, so basically I DO have to FINISH the whole book…right? Did you use this book, and if os, what was your score before and after you used Gruber’s?

You pretty much have to finish the whole book but like I said, if you do great on the diagnostic test you can skip that section. And I did use Gruber’s, before I would score 550-610 (I got a 61 on my PSAT this year) and now I can score 700-750 consistently with most of the problems I get wrong just being stupid mistakes. I havent taken the SATs since so I cant compare actual scores.

are the 700-750’s on the tests in the BB? Also i’m looking at the 101 most important questions u need to know and they seem too easy… should I still do the questions for the 101 most important or skip it?

700-750’s were on the Grubers exams, one Barrons exam which is believed to be a little harder than the real thing, and the rest were BB exams.

and I though the 101 questions were easy as well but you will probably come across a few that you dont know how to do or just cant remember how to do them - thats what happened to me - so its probably best to do it
