how do schools view people like me[bad grades] (i lack complete confidence b/c of it)

EC: In all honesty great (check previous posts)
ACT: Perfect (including essay)
SAT: 2120 (1400 CR/M 11 essay)
SAT2: Math2: 780, BioE: 710, Physics: 800, US: 800, Chem: 800
AIME qualifier
AP: CalcBC: 5, AB(subscore): 5, Stat (4)
Rec letter: should be good because my Calc teacher loves me, another one from my employer [loves me], another from GC who loves me

Here's my issue

My grades are low (all honors/ap classes [only those i took tests in]:
Freshman Yr:
Science/Algebra2/Spanish/English: Bs
World History1: A

Soph Yr:
Chem/Precalc/English: Cs
Spanish/US: Bs

Yr:
Physics/Bio: Bs
Spanish/Calc/Stat: A
English: C

I dont really get it. I for some reason can't handle the school's curriculum despite the fact that my test scores are similar to those in the top 15 people in my class (in some instances better but never worse).

My school sends many students to top schools

Because of my transcript, I lack the confidence to apply to top schools like Hopkins which I love.

2120s unite!

on a more serious note, you should just apply. it wouldn’t hurt. the worst that can happen is you get rejected.
