<p>In early December they will email us ED applicants instructions to see our decision. They will give us the link to a website where you see your decision, by logging in with a pin and password that they will give you in the email I think. So yes, we have to log in to a sort of portal for our decisions. As for the opening lines, I have no idea haha probably congrats or something like that.</p>
<p>When you log onto the link there will be a copy of the letter you get via snail mail a couple of days later.</p>
