I take MIT hopefuls advice and pour my I know what

I am not alone! Oh thank God lol. I’m the only Junior at my school who is taking 4 AP classes, so I really had no one to compare to. during the week I typically get 5-6 hours of sleep per night. Most of this is my fault because I procrastinate, but I am not mentally capable of doing all my homework right when I get home from school. Seriously. If I only do homework and school every waking moment I get soo stressed out I can’t handle it. So typically I come home and do about an hour of calculus/Physics because it’s the least stressful. Then I take a break for a while to play guitar or go on the internet. After dinner I do government homework and then have dance or horseback riding. Honestly 90% of the time I don’t even have that much homework, but I put it off for so long that I still end up staying awake till at least midnight. I can handle running on little sleep so it isn’t too bad, but I really need to figure out how to balance my relaxing/studying time better. Especially this week where I have 3 tests in my hardest classes. >.>

@sarainbow: I don’t procrastinate (i.e., I do my work right after getting home) (in general), I don’t have a FB, I go home as soon as school / any extracurricular commitments end, I study daily using Anki while on the train to and from school, and I work / study while at school.

I have 3 AP classes this year, which is the most rigorous course load available with the way scheduling works at my high school. I am almost always at school with rehearsals, even on the weekends, and two days of the week I’m at school from 7am until 9:30pm. I usually skip lunch to work on classes and during easy electives I get homework done for my harder classes. I got really good at multitasking and getting work done well in limited time. I usually get about 6 hours of sleep per night, but I rarely do homework at home so the limited sleep is because I’m a night owl I also have plenty of time to hang out with my boyfriend, although I occasionally do homework while out with him.

Hmm in HS I just did it. Then again nothing I did in HS was conceptually hard, but I managed to do a lot. It was just remaining calm and focused.

I don’t, haha. My sleep schedule is an absolute trainwreck. It’s 2:37 AM right now, and not that late by my standards. I really need to fix this problem as soon as I am done with college apps.
