Hey,guys,I saw that NYU has School of Continuing and Professional studies offer several programs that I am interested in,how do you consider this type of school? Will the degree earned not so recognized?

Continuing and professional studies are typically areas set up for adults older than 22 who are working while going to school. Sometimes they don’t lead to degrees at all - they might just fulfill the continuing education unit requirements of various certifications or licensures. Others might lead to certificates or diplomas. Some might be accellerated bachelor’s or master’s programs.

If that’s something that fits you, then it’s probably worth a look. If you’re a traditional student who would be 18 years old entering college for the first time, it’s probably not for you.
