How do you convert IB scores to GPA

<p>Supposing someone had a 37 for example without the 2 extra points and a 39 with the extra points how would you calculate the GPA??</p>

<p>How would the GPA be calculated for this example: </p>

<p>Subject 1 - 7
Subject 2 - 5
Subject 3 - 5
Subject 4 - 6
Subject 5 - 7
Subject 6 - 7</p>

<p>The way my school calculates it is as follows:
7: A+, A (4.0-3.8)
6: A-, B+ (3.8-3.6)
5: B, B- (3.5)</p>

<p>It might be different at your school though, I don’t know if it’s a universal thing. Ask your guidance counselor or a teacher.</p>
