How do you get a six pack?

<p>BMI is absolutely worthless.</p>

<p>Which forms of yoga are you guys doing? I do a set of Hatha every morning before I go for my run, but it's mostly for flexibility. Strangely, I got into lifting heavy (for me) last summer and got too cut for one of my acting teachers' tastes ("I need Rosalind! Not a ****** action star!"), and he restricted me to to only yoga and light lifecycle work until I "smoothed out." He wouldn't even let me participate in dance class for awhile.</p>

<p>Hahahaha that's hilarious bohemian. Yeah I meant to say body fat percentage, not index. Anyway, i do about 20-30 mins a day of 10 basic poses-dahnurahansana, sarvangasana, suryar namaskar, etc, but I actually do repetitions of each pose, rather than hold it once. This allows me to challenge and focus on my breathing, and actually this is the putative method of used by yogis in India. I usually do it at night or on days that I lift, right after lifting.</p>
