How do you get into NYU?

Hi.. I am looking to transfer to NYU Stern as a Finance major at the beginning of my Jr year.. this coming fall I will be a sophomore at Indiana Univ.. the Kelley School of Business... currently I am a Finance and Accounting Major

Here are my Stats and If anyone can Chance me or Give me any advice, recommendations on how to better my chances of getting into NYU stern it would be greatly appreciated.

IU CUM GPA 3.87
member of two business club activities
also a peer tutor for a intro computer class

HS GPA 3.15 (Its weak I know.. I was a HS screw up)
SAT SCORE 1800
Math 710
Reading 510
Writing 580

NO SAT 2's
NO Honors or AP courses

I wish I knew, too!

I'm not admissions expert, and I'm also not positive what the acceptance rate is at Stern, but I would work a bit more. You can always try to apply, but to be honest? It's gonna be tough, love.

I worked my butt off freshman year.. i put it all on the line and that was the best I could do.. I will try my best again sophomore year

I thought as a transfer, they were more interested in your college stat than your hs

retake the SAT's

No, according to the NYU forums, tranfer students do not need to take any SAt's if they have completed 1 full year of college.
Do I have to submit standardized test scores if I am applying as a transfer student? - Topic Powered by eve community
