<p>I email them and they reply with a short response after like 7 days....and when I call them they take like on average 30 minutes before they pick up the phone and i'm calling internationally so it's quite costly. How do you guys even manage to contact McGill..?</p>
<p>Try calling Service Point, they’re quick to answer- 514-398-7878</p>
<p>International Student Services also has a good helpline service- 514-398-4349</p>
<p>It took about 4-5 minutes of waiting on both the numbers before I was connected to a McGill representative.</p>
<p>If you aren’t already, I suggest you use Skype for calling because their rates are a lot lower than traditional landline/mobile phone rates.</p>
<p>Echo the suggestion above to call Service Point and perhaps call via Skype or Google. Yes, I have waited 20 min or so on hold, but once my turn came I found Service Point to be very helpful. Remember, you are calling a publicly funded university with 30,000+ students at a very busy time of year. You have to be patient
