Doodle! Draw! I hardly have time to keep a sketch book at home, but my math notes have some really elaborate drawings. You'll get really good after a while, and that's an amazing feeling. Yesterday, I drew pictures of stairs and wrote the Regina Spektor lyrics to "AB" a billion times. The Beatles, Bob Dylan, and Bright Eyes are also really easy to draw, because their song lyrics just get stuck in your head. I have this belief that all of the best bands/artists start with the letter B. Maybe you'll discover that you have a real talent. If you're not the kind of person who always has a song stuck in your head, you can just draw your hand, because there are a lot of details, and getting the proportions can be challenging.

I guess I didn't really read your post. Drawing doesn't help you concentrate at all. Coloring does, though. Go buy a coloring book. It gives you something to do with your hands, and you'll listen better. Boredom always perpetuates itself, so if you can keep yourself busy by coloring in the classes you're the most tired in, you'll have more energy in your other classes. This doesn't even make sense. I don't really sleep either. Just go buy a coloring book. I am a huge advocate for coloring.
