Well first off, what made you want to come to this school? And secondly, how much are you enjoying it? Elaborate about that in terms of athletics, campus, clubs, curriculum, academics, food, social life, city life, things to do, student body, professors, financial help etc.
From your overall experience at this university, rate how much you like it on a scale from 1-10.

you're going to want to ask specific questions in order to get any specific feedback, the social life is okay, there's stuff to do at a couple bars during the week, if you know people off-campus its always better, frats are usually cool about letting people in fall quarter, you can do whatever you want really, classes are fine, what you'd expect, northwestern is difficult, most everyone has to put some amount of effort into schoolwork, the food is alright, nothing spectacular

I wanted to come to this school because it's a great fit. I am enjoying it very much, despite (or perhaps because of) the fact that I am ridiculously busy. The people here are amazing, the work is bearable and (usually) interesting, the food is eh. I'd be happy to answer more specific questions in more detail.

You don't have to travel far off campus to get great food, though. And there's tons of easy transportation.
For such a good school, the athletics are surprisingly solid.
