Im very dissapointed with myself, I got my scores back and made a 24. I noticed that near the end of every section I would have one full section left when they said there was 5 minutes left.

How do you time your self so that you do not run out of time??

I noticed when I was doing practice tests that the sections, notably math and English, got more difficult as they progressed. As a result, I found that working as hastily as possible through the beginning, and saving more time for the questions that actually required an intensive though process enabled me to finish the sections.

This is personally for me. But it may apply to you too.
First, get a digital watch that has stopwatch capabilities. Much simpler rather than having to be distracted due to subtracting with those analog clocks.

English pace: 9 minutes per passage / 9 minutes per 15 questions
There’s 5 passages-15 Qs each - 75 total questions. 45 total minutes.

Math pace: 1 minute per question
I usually speed up towards the beginning and then am forced to slow down a bit in the end. Theres 60 questions in 60 minutes.

Reading pace: 8.5 minutes per passage / 8.5 minutes per 10 questions
40 questions in 35 minutes. 4 passages and 10 in each.

Science pace: number of questions - 1 in the section = number of minutes that should be spent (5 Qs means 4 min)
There’s 7 sections, but number of questions vary from 5,6,7.
Important: There’s always one science that has 7 questions. Only one. ALWAYS do that one last.
This will get you done in about 33-34 minutes.

Whatever you do, stick to the pace that you make. If you start to fall behind, you’ll start to panic and get completely messed up.
