Hi,

I am a computer science major currently at a california community college looking to transfer into a California State University (CSU) within the next couple semesters.

My major requires that I take a physics course, General Physics 1 (Mechanics and Motion)

I have taken the General Physics 1 (Mechanics and Motion) class at a University in Morocco two semesters ago. The university is very small and kind of in the middle of no where, but the class is accredited via the Moroccan government and it is the exact same Physics class that is taught here, same chapters and material but it was taught in the French language.

I received credits for the course through Morocco and would hate to have to take the course here again in the states since I have already taken it.

I have a document proving I have taken the course, but the document is in French showing the credits, grade, as well as school name.

I have heard you can transfer credits from International schools? but I don't know how to do this, I have two questions:

1.) Should I transfer the international credits directly into the schools (CSU) I am applying into, or rather should I transfer the credits into the current community college I am attending? I would be transferring within the next couple semesters.

2.) How would these credits be transferred considering the school is barely findable on Google search, is very small and unknown and the school staff only speak French and Arabic? No Englisuh. How would my school give me the credits for the class? Will they?

Best.
