I was accepted into managment. I have two very different interests one is political science and the other being business. I was accepted in NYU (CAS) and now i was accepted into McGill (managment). How does NYU compare to McGill?

Do you think students graduating from Mcgill are going to have an equal shot at the U.S. job market, as those from NYU? (This is mainly for American students, obviously, who are going there for the low-priced education, but would like to return to work in the U.S)

I think you'll miss out on some oppertunities such as internships and alumni networking that are only available at NYU. That said, most of my friends who have returned to NYC with Management degrees have nice, high paying jobs. Of course, it all depends on the person, but the McGill degree probably has about the same weight-- I think it's the experieces and internships that matter most.

wow, those are some pretty good choices you have there. I would like very much to go to NYC or Chicago afterwards as well for a career and in my opinion you probably have a slightly better chance of finding a job just because of the opportunities that are there ready for you. However, it is also true that undergrad is undergrad and McGill does have a great reputation. I think for the price it's a good trade-off. Besides, you get to experience a little bit of Canadian culture.
