For Physics, it depends if you want to take B or C. B is certainly manageable, but C is VERY difficult to get a 5 on. AP English Tests are easy, but English is one of my best classes, so take that with a grain of salt. AP US History is one of the hardest APs from what I have heard, so be warned for that one… not to say you can’t do it, it would just require more organization/studying than some of the others.

Your schedule doesn’t seem too stressful as-is in my opinion (just finished my Junior Year), but remember you will be taking practice ACT/SAT Tests during the year and bulking up your ECs!

If I were you, I’d take the AP Physics and AP English, but I have always been good with those two courses. For you, pick the one you are best at/enjoy the most. Good luck! You are half way there!

Your schedule looks absolutely fine. APUSH is indeed a hard class, but that is because of the vast amount of memorization that it requires. I believe the college board is looking to change this.

As for physics, like the poster above me said, it depends on if you’re taking B or C. It is certainly manageable to take the hardest possible course load, but it depends on how well you study.

Your schedule is perfectly fine as it is. A well blend of different classes. AP U.S. History will be a little stressful at times, because of the massive readings. Your good.

I found C easier than B, especially if you’re mathematically minded you’ll think the same way.

I can’t speak for AP Physics, because I haven’t taken it, but I did have several close friends take it this year and they all said it was really hard. I would imagine it is hard as well, but I really don’t know.

I did take AP English this year, and loved it, but I also love English in general. If you are ok with writing and reading (but mostly writing), and enjoy English, you’ll do fine on the AP Exam. I really don’t think it’s that hard, but it is up to you to see if it’s the right fit for you!

Depending on what colleges you plan on applying to, taking 4 AP classes can really help your chances, as it allows your GPA to be higher (if you do well in the classes), and shows colleges that you adapted a rigorous schedule while in high school. But, if you are worried about being stressed out, there is nothing wrong with taking 2 AP classes, doing well in all your classes, and having less stress!

Best of luck!

You can go ahead and take English Comp, it’s not hard to get a 5 on the exam but I don’t know how your class would be.y class we would do AP Multiple choice (30 minutes) Monday and Tuesday, go over them Wednesday and then write the timed essay (40 minutes) on Thursday and either do nothing or read on Friday. My class was very manageable. Yours on the the other hand could make you have homework and write multiple essays in a week. I would do physics b if you haven’t taken physics before. My to be teacher told me that it’s basically honors physics. Physics C in the other hand is hard. So if you haven’t taken calculus or physics before and you’re going in Physics C, good luck.
