how does my senior year schedule look?

ere is my schedule for next year. If you can give some advice that would be great. Also, if you can give me ur opinion on adding AP Econ (both semesters) that would be awesome!!
AP Chem
AP Psych
AP Calc BC
AP human geo
AP stats
AP English Lit
AP econ??

Looks solid man ill be a junior next year but my senior schedule will prolly look like
AP physics
AP Calc
Ap computer science
AP econ
Ap english
Ap spanish
and gym

I was also debating the econ class because my cousin took the class for about 2 months but then just self studied it and got a 5 on the ap test. He said it was rather simple and not very challeneging.

yeah that is what I am thinking. And here at my school, Econ is for sophomores…so it shouldnt be too difficult…

Yeah he was just like if want a free period just self study it. The course acts as a free ap class. Anyone who wants at least one ap on their schedule sign up for it and even though they are not the top of their class they do fine.

hmm… ok thanks man!
anyone else have any opinions?

I think you could have done better. I am taking AP French AP Chinese AP Chem AP World AP Calc AP English AP Gym AP Break Chance pl0x?

haha very funny… any real suggestions and/or comments?

Only seven APs?
Pfft, you might as well drop out of school right now.

EDIT: Sorry, disregard this post.

Ur crazy… I would only take a max 4 aps

I agree with Dwang21! But again idk maybe because my school doesn’t offer a Loy of Ap classes D: but I wouldn’t recommend you to be taking a lot of Ap’s especially if you’re not a dedicated student because you’re class rank would be lower.

That schedule is fine… can’t really tell if you are trying to brag or not but regardless, Geo and Psych are regarded as easier APs so that shouldn’t be a problem, taking Micro + Macro is also fine, I don’t think those are tough classes.
However to know how good it “looks” we would have to know how many APs your school offers and the average APs per student etc. as in are you at the top of your class rigor wise and so on.

@smarty1201- I am a pretty dedicated student, so I think I should be fine. Thanks for the input.
@LolCowz- No I am not trying to brag to random people on the internet… My school offers 23 APs, 4 of which are foreign languages, 3-4 of which that have to do with art, and both Calc classes. As for APs per student, I would say 1 sophomore year, 3-4 junior year (average for top 10% of class), and 5 APs (average for top 10ish%… maybe 5%). I think that 6 is the most anyone else is taking, so the rigor would definitely be there. So u think that the schedule with econ won’t be too much?

I give it a 1/10.

@centauri- ok… Anyone have any real suggestions and/or advice?

AP Chem - moderately difficult
AP Psych - easy
AP Calc BC - easy
AP human geo - easy
AP stats - easy
AP English Lit - a lot of work
AP econ?? - doable

happy?

haha, thanks. Is calc BC really easy? I am a great math student, but I am skipping over AB so I am not too sure about that class.

I don’t know anyone who takes AB before BC. BC covers all AB material plus more. AB is not a necessary precursor to Calculus BC.

@centauri- At my new school no one does… but at my old school, AB was a prerequisite to BC… So, u would say that AP Chem and Lit (and maybe econ?) are harder than BC? Thanks for the info! I really appreciate it!
