<p>You don’t apply for it. During the admissions processes, some students (from what we can tell, somewhat “bordline” students- but no one is really sure) are picked to start at Northeastern in the spring semester. They are required to spend their fall semester studying abroad at one of Northeastern’s programs. It usually ends up being very expensive, although a lot of people still do it anyway.</p>
<p>But if you weren’t offered an acceptance into NUin, then you can’t do it.</p>
