How does the IU-B calculate GPA?

<p>Some universities recalculate HS GPA's. They only count "core" courses like math, english, etc. How does Indiana-Bloomington calculate GPA for its applicants?</p>

<p>I am asking because we recently received a pamphlet from the university describing its scholarships for oos students.</p>

<p>whatever GPA the hs puts down on the transcript is the one they will use as well as the class rank</p>
