How does the weighted/unweighted GPA work for UCs?

<p>I'm planning to apply to the UCs and I heard that they only weight up to 4 APs per year. Is this true? Does that mean any additional AP/honor class will be weighted on a 4.0 GPA scale? Where can I find information on this? Thanks.</p>
