How does UCR's Engineering department compare with San Jose State?

<p>I'm thinking about transferring from UCR to San Jose State after 1 quarter here. I'm a Computer Engineering major and was wondering how UCRs Engineering compared with San Jose States?</p>

<p>Also, does anyone know if its possible to transfer after 1 quarter?</p>

<p>I dunno if they’d let you in… I mean, one quarter doesn’t add much to your high school statistics…</p>

<p>no because they run on a semester system, they can’t just throw you into a middle of a semester because your only completed half of it.</p>
