<p>How early should I start preparing for college transfer?
I've already weighed the pros/cons and made a decision...I'm going to apply to a handful of schools for Fall '09, but I don't know when to really start getting ready for the applications...I'm also worried that I might not have much in my transcript because I'm only in the first semester of my Freshman year, but definitely hope to make my next semester as productive as possible.</p>

<p>So...for those who have transferred before (or anyone), do you guys have any advice on this subject? What kinds of things should I keep in mind and watch out for?</p>

<p>I've already applied for Fall '08 and got decisions. Never too early. Just because you apply doesn't mean you have to go, for transfer. Just prepare now.</p>
