150 hours of Volunteer CAS Hours(creativity action service hours) completed as an IB requirement

I am also expecting my IB diploma

The schools i was looking at were

University of Michigan (I live in Michigan)
Columbia
Stanford
Johns Hopkins
Yale???

Just so you know, colleges don't like to give IB credit. The exception is schools in FL (they are the only ones that appreciate all of our hard work). But you usually have to take the AP equivalent (which is sometimes harder, esp when it comes to sciences and languages).

Oh, and BTW, colleges don't give 2 ****s whether or not you get your diploma. The decisions aren't mailed out until as late as March sometimes! So don't stress about it (I'm not; I've given up on the diploma). Just make sure to keep your grades high and don't kill yourself over your Extended Essay (mine is due in 2 days).

Sorry I don't know anything about those schools, but I do know everything about IB.

Stanford and Yale are reaches.
The rest seem reasonable.

About IB creidts, they are treated pretty much like AP. IB is ranked harder, but the hardest are CL classes (college level). But AP are ranked higher than honors. CL classes are most likely to be transferable if it was from a 4 year institute, while you took them in HS. Alot of schools have a cap of 32 credits, which include AP credits that can be transferred.

Your act is great and your sat is competative :)
