I am coming from Colorado, I have a 3.67 GPA, 27 on the ACT, involved with soccer and golf and piano all of high school, a member of Key Club and National Honor Society, I’ve been involved with community service activities such as service trips, I’m spending a loooot of time on my essay so hopefully it’s pretty good, how good are my chances?
I’d say you have a pretty good chance! Continue taking AP classes if you have been.
That was for another post but now I can’t delete it awkward ^^^

Stats low compared to this and being OOS might make it harder.

Hey, if you pursue these ECs and talk about your passion for these. I am confident you will get to the school of your dreams.
Chance me?
You need to calculate your UC GPA: http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
As an OOS applicant, you can only use AP/IB/DE classes for the extra honors points in the calculation and grades for 10-11th. You also need to make sure you meet the a-g course requirements.

Since you are OOS, can you pay $55K/year to attend with little to no financial aid?
Your GPA and ACT are below average for UCSB.
Averages last year::: UC GPA: 4.03 ACT: 29
UCSB considers EC’s and essays very important, so these could have a posiitive impact on your chances.
Based on stats alone, UCSB is a Low Reach/High Match. Much will depend on your intended major and if you are full-pay.
