hey~
I got into the school of Communication.
(major as Communication).

I heard a lot from many people that the school of communication has very good communication/broadcasting programs, internship opportunities, and GREAT connections.
Have you guys heard any?
I am going to visit the school, and find out about it more.
But what I have heard so far was that the Annenberg is REALLY good.

So how good if the Annenberg??
does any one know? more info?

It's one of the top schools in the country. Located LA, right next to Hollywood, has great profs, and can provide great connections after you graduate. It's definitely worth the money.

You mentioned communication/broadcasting programs-but those are two totally different things. Annenberg houses the School of Communication AND the School of Journalism. Comm is in the first school; Broadcasting (as well as PR) are in the latter.

As for Comm, yes, Annenberg is a good school, great facilities, mostly good professors - BUT - it is basically known throughout USC as the goof off major. I think that is pretty universal - comm is an easy major at most universities. So, yes, for a comm program, it is one of the best in the country, but know that since comm majors are universally kind of a joke, don't expect to get the same respect that say, the journalism kids or the business school kids get.
