Thanks. Strategically speaking, What's better ? Taking it in the First Semester or the Second (AP Comp. Gov. is only 1 Semester for us) and What Prep Books are good ? (Princeton Review and Barrons I assume)

I would say american first, then comparative. Because then, you can actually see the similarities and differences between our society and others, which may be easier to remember.

That's actually not what I meant. I current take US Govt. Next year (Sophomore year) I'm planning on taking Comparative Govt.

However, Comparative Govt. is only 1 Semester. I know the AP Exam is sometime in May. So Is taking it in 2nd Semester and having the material fresh in the mind(and only learning 80-90% of the material good) vs taking it in 1st Semester and kind of forgetting the material at the time of the AP Test.

Definitely the Ethel Wood book. The Ken Wedding book says stuff like 'you need to know what _____ means for the test' without ever having explained _____.

At my school, we take Comparative and U.S. in the same year, I guess it would make more sense to split them up. I'm taking this, along with 5 other AP classes (plus one lab) next year, so I hope it's not TOO hard.
