I failed Biology AP last semester...lol

Today I asked my teacher if I could make it up in summer school, and the teacher said no. So I asked if I could do it at a local community college and the teacher said sure, but then they went on to say how if I couldn't do my work and pass the tests, how would I be able to do it in a college class? The teacher also told me I need to be realistic in my views of myself...And the teacher is right..but I really need to graduate without any bad marks on my grade so I am pretty much desperate.

Junior year has been one big slump for me and all my other years in school have been nothing but excellent. I just lost motivation and stuff. I also want to major in the area of science.

In general, college classes are more thorough/intense than high school classes. Summer college classes, especially, may be more intense because it’s a shorter time period.

Not to be harsh, but I have the same question as your teacher - if you couldn’t keep up with the work, or even catch up with what you missed over the school year, can you really handle a real college class? Are you motivated enough to get a good grade, that you’ll be willing to work hard for this and really try? Also, you say you want to major in science - but do you really enjoy learning & applying science? If you are, then that’s really the best motivation. If you don’t have the motivation, you’re going to have a torturous summer and be wasting your time and your parents’ money.
