I'm going to be a freshman this school year at UCI and I'm taking classes as a biology major. I have plans to possibly go to a health professional school later on.
The problem is that I know that it's not exactly super easy to get into and so I'm considering other majors.
If I start off as biology, and I change to say... computer science... (because I've given up on pursuing a health career)
Would I still be able to graduate in 4 years without it being really stressful/ huge hassle?

It matters per major, but you just need to look at the prerequisites on the site for each major then plan accordingly. I’ll just say going into biology from anything else is a major *****, but yeah, you have to calculate the fact that they won’t let you immediately change majors and also the fact that you won’t always get the classes you want each quarter (plus who knows what budget cuts and class restrictions the future brings). But yeah, whatever you do, just do it somewhat quick.
