<p>I recently graduated with a BA in Film & TV Production. Yes, it is highly competitive but like madbean said don’t be discouraged.</p>
<p>When I was a senior in high school I was rejected from USC SCA but ended up getting in as a transfer two years later. I must say, if you aren’t great at making films yet (and, really, you probably aren’t) DON’T feel pressured to submit a video. Focus on your writing. Your ability to tell a story with a unique perspective is the most important thing you need to convey.</p>
<p>I remember searching through these forums and YouTube when I applied to film schools both in 2009 and in 2011 and I desperately wanted an example of what a successful application looked like.
