How hard is it to raise a 30 to a 34 in 8 months? How hard do I need to work?
Thanks!

Not very hard at all. I used online tests and repeatedly did the practice ACTs for 2-3 weeks and got 35s and 36s on my first and only sitting. This is coming from someone who got mid-20s on the first practice test. What I personally did was dedicate each day for a different section, let’s say science, and take 1-4 practice tests for just science that day. When I was receiving 35/36s on all sections, I practiced a whole test every other day.
For me, science was the hardest until I realized that I didn’t actually need to read the stuff; read the questions first then go back to the reading if you can’t answer it, but usually the questions are based on the graph or pretty self-explanatory.
Feel free to PM me if you want advice on any particular section or just how to study for the ACT in general.
getting to 34 from a 30 shud be ez pz, do lots of practice and make sure you actually understand your mistakes.
in 8 months it shud be no problem
Thank you!
What is the best online prep to practice. Is that act online prep is good? Any idea? Before I charge my money please help me.
You should be fine with books/free online material imo unless you are not motivated at all to study on your own
I used the Princeton Review to study for mine. I only studied English(my weakest section) by reading and understanding all the rules. I went from a 28 on that section to a 35. 30 to a 34 is very doable in 8 months.
ACT is very easy to improve, you def. can raise your grades more than five points in half of a year.
