Northwestern's transfer class can still accomodate more people.

Does this mean the transfer rate to NU is higher than the acceptance rate for freshman?

Note: I got rejected this year and hope to transfer to NU if possible. Will be attending UCLA in the fall.

You must have read the website wrong, it says no more for freshman and transfer.

It's not particularly hard, just get a 4.0 at your UCLA, that will be what gets you in. I transferred here in the fall.

Oddly enough, I just checked that same site yesterday, and there was a "Y" under the transfer students column -- now it's an "N." Anyone who actually knows how this site works want to elaborate?

Does anybody know what else NU will look at (besides GPA) for a transfer? In other words, what does it take to transfer to NU after one year at UCLA?
